The cost of joining NOVA Heat depends on the team level, tournament schedule, and season. Fees typically cover practices, coaching, tournament participation, player development, and recruiting support. Contact Coach Mason for current pricing and payment details.

NOVA Heat practices at facilities in the Woodbridge and Northern Virginia area. Practice locations may vary depending on the season and gym availability. Once a player joins the program, families receive the full practice schedule and location details.

Practice schedules vary by team and season. Most teams practice multiple times each week, with weekend tournaments during the AAU season. Players are expected to attend consistently to maximize their development and team success.

NOVA Heat currently offers competitive teams for 14U Elite and 17U Elite athletes. We welcome dedicated middle school and high school players who are committed to improving their skills and competing at a high level.

NOVA Heat competes in local, regional, and national AAU tournaments throughout the season. Our elite teams participate in high-exposure events, including the AAU Super 16 at Disney, providing athletes with opportunities to compete against top programs and gain college recruiting exposure.
